dispatch
orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 days. you'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your cryopearl is on its way.
estimated delivery
once dispatched, typical delivery times are:
• united kingdom — usually 4–7 days (rare cases up to 10)
• united states & canada — usually 5–10 days
• europe & rest of world — usually 10–18 days depending on country
these are estimates, not guarantees. delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods, sales, or courier/customs delays outside our control.
tracking
every order ships with tracking. if it hasn't updated for a few days after dispatch, don't worry — it can take time to register with the courier.
customs & duties
for orders outside the uk, your country may apply import duties or taxes on delivery. these are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.
lost or delayed parcels
if your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate, email hello@cryopearl.co with your order number and we'll chase it up for you.
