returns & refunds

we want you to love your cryopearl. if something's not right, here's exactly how returns work.

30-day returns

return your cryopearl within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it's unused, unopened and in its original packaging. as a personal-care item that touches your skin, we can't accept opened or used products for hygiene reasons — unless the item is faulty.

faulty or wrong items

if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email hello@cryopearl.co within 14 days with your order number and a photo. we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund and cover return postage for faulty items.

return postage

for change-of-mind returns you cover return shipping (a tracked service is best, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit). original return postage is non-refundable.

how to start a return

1. email hello@cryopearl.co with your order number and reason.
2. we'll reply with the return address and simple instructions.
3. post it back unused and unopened (unless faulty).

refunds

once we receive and inspect your return we'll confirm by email. approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 days.

non-returnable items

for hygiene reasons, opened or used cryopearls and any final-sale items can't be returned unless faulty. this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
